Laconic was born in Chicago and still calls it home.
It’s where we acquired and polished our skill set. Our work on Soldiers’ Field, Chicago Midway International Airport and for the Chicago Transit Authority helped develop our understanding of the inter-connectedness of systems, a world-view that still drives our practice --- even as we’ve sited teams around the US, in Canada and in Indonesia, where we’re committed to helping drive the transition to clean, renewable energy. We own a farmstead on Bali, where our team practices Regenerative Ecoculture and uses traditional cultivation practices to restore depleted soil.
